I can't believe it's almost August! We were so naive in thinking we'd most likely be in a new house by now, but here we are almost four months after we put it on the market. We received our fourth offer on it yesterday, so we'll see if this one is the charm. A few photos, first some taken in New Braunfels where we spent a long weekend with our good friends Kelly and Cynthia and Cynthia's family (jumping from bed to bed at the lodge where we stayed was a big hit with Baxter):
